CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge that I am being given access through Craigs "MyDeductible.com" website to information of, or concerning, CRAIG/is, Ltd. "Craig"), its insurance company clients and their customers that Craig and such parties consider to be confidential, proprietary, trade secrets or otherwise restricted. As used in this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means all information regarding other parties, in any form, furnished or made available directly or indirectly to me by Craig, its client and their customers, through the Website or otherwise, whether or not it is marked confidential, restricted, proprietary, or with a similar designation. In exchange for, and as a condition of, such access, I hereby agree that the Confidential Information shall remain at all times the sole property of Craig. I acknowledge that such Confidential Information has been made available to me only in connection the specific business purposes for which I have been granted access through the website to this information, and I agree that neither I nor my agents will disclose such information to third-parties, except in connection with those business purposes, without Craigs prior written consent. I further agree to use at least the same degree of care to maintain the confidentiality and security of the Confidential Information as I use to secure my own highly confidential information, but in no event shall I use less than reasonable care.

I further agree that upon the request of Craig I shall a) return immediately to Craig any Confidential Information in my possession, b) destroy copies of all such Confidential Information in my possession and c) certify to Craig that all such information has been destroyed or returned to Craig in accordance with its direction.

I further acknowledge and agree that monetary damages would be inadequate to compensate Craig for any breach of this Agreement, and, accordingly, that in the event of any breach or threatened breach of this Agreement, Craig may seek, without posting of any bond or security, such injunctive relief, restraining orders or other equitable relief as may be necessary or appropriate to prevent or curtail any such breach, threatened or actual. The foregoing shall be in addition to, and without prejudice to, such other rights and remedies as Craig may have at law or in equity.
